Hello
today i'm showcasing a heart shaped box i've made
for Love to Scrap!'s challenge "who loves ya baby!"
To make this very useful gift box, i have used Graciellie's Christmas papers. they are so infinitely elegant that the idea of this vintage heart box came to me almost straight away.
i found the pattern for the heart box at Aunt Annie's Crafts.
it's explained in great details.
i just added an extra paper buckle to pull the lid open more easily.
so here it is opened:
inside the box i placed a little cupcake i had made especially
(chocolate, coffee and almond fondant, it is quite delicious)
the box was a thank you gift for a friend who repaired a ballet shoe for me...
thanks again Diane.
to make this box i have used:
Graciellie's Christmas paper pack, marianne design heart die, martha stewart heart border punch, artemio flower punch, marianne design snowflake die (to make the big brown flower), stempelglede stamps, cheery lynn flourish and butterfly dies and vintage photo distress ink.
