Gambatte

A good luck card with Maneki Neko, the Japanese cat. The message says gambatte kudasai (please hang in there). I made this card for my friend Cathy who's taking exams to be a school teacher. the work is demanding and she's a bit anxious. i hope she passes the exam because she'd be a perfect teacher. Good luck Cathy.

I made this card for my brother. He's such a great great brother, I wanted to thank him for all the help and all the love he keeps offering.
  As i looked at his amazing blog,  I figured out a card that might resemble him. i made a brown card because he rides around Marseilles which is quite a warm, dry place. and i put a sunset in the middle to recall some of the photos he took and posted on his blog.

the guy on the mountain bike rides along the card among some rather dry flowers (it hardly ever rains around Marseilles);

The image is from jedessine. funny hypnotizing eyes...

the guy sometimes crushes some flowers as he rides by but i guess that's part of mountain biking..

happy 2012

Hello everyone and happy 2012. i hope you had a wonderful time at Christmas and that Santa got you tons of awesome presents. I was so lucky to receive new crafting tools, thank you Santa, thank you Fibulette!
And as a new year resolution, i decided to write this blog in English, i hope my English won't be too cranky after all these years of not using it. all corrections joyfully welcome !

and now on to cards. this one is for my auntie as she doesn't like email-new year greetings. i much prefer sending real cards too but it takes me so long to make a card that i can never be on time to post one of these. and yet, it looks so simple!

bonhomme de neige

 Sur le thème de l'hiver, une carte chatoyante avec ses couleurs fushia et brun foncé. J'aime beaucoup ce motif de jedessine. le site est pour les enfants mais j'y trouve de merveilleux dessins tout mignons et appropriés pour mes cartes!

Des traces dans les couleurs...dommage...snif

je n'ai pas été très douée pour les couleurs du dessin par contre, y'a plein de traces malgré le blender, peut être que c'est dû au papier...

un petit bouquet de roses pour égayer la neige mais les feuilles sont brunies par le gel.

Un grand noeud pour faire cadeau...

Le renne et le sapin

 Je suis contente de ma carte, je l'ai beaucoup soignée. j'ai suivi le sketch proposé par Scrapbook sisters.

Des fleurs blanches pour rappeler l'hiver et un ruban blanc pour les nouer.

Mon renne est pas super bien coloré mais je le trouve mignon quand même...

Petite souris

Le motif s'appelle "dancing mouse"

Coquine cette petite souris, la 1ere fois, elle avait fait quelques petites crottes sous l'oreiller!

 et en plus, ça sentait bon, comme de la réglisse!

La 2eme fois, elle avait dû marcher dans la boue, elle a laissé plein de traces jusque sous l'oreiller!!

On a pu voir qu'elle venait de quelque part dessous la machine à laver...
