sweet treats

Challenge time at Paradise of Stamps!
this time the theme is Fall or Halloween
i made a fall birthday card for a nurse

Nurse Nightingale was colored with Promarkers
the lid of the"medicine" bottle slides open to grab some treats
 tools: Kraftin' Kimmie Nurse Nightingale, floral oval die, lace heart, floral lace border
