bird lucky stars

Love to Scrap is hosting a new Anything goes challenge with 3 sponsors 

(Little blue button, Limited Runs and Star Stampz)

i was very lucky to work with this cute little birdie from Limited Runs, i love this cute cute little stamp!

I used distress inks to make my background then embossed some stars from Lawn fawn starry background, die cut a mama elephant circle on a white cardstock, stamped and embossed the mama elephant sentiment. i added cardboard under the white paper to give dimension and place the bird.
i then added the brown card background.

 unfortunately i forgot to use my embossing buddy so some stars did not come out as neat as i wanted...

little stamp was colored with Promarkers: ice grey 1 for the eyes' shade

pastel yellow, sunflower and honeycomb for the body

lime green and cool grey 3 for the leaves

cinnamon, saddle brown and honeycomb for the branch
